Can NobleHealth products be combined?
Yes, the composition and content of our products have been established at such a level as to make sure that they can be taken concurrently and by people of different age.
Can I combine NobleHealth products with hormonal contraception?
Yes, Noble Health products do not decrease the effectiveness of hormonal contraception.
Can I take Noble Health products when trying to get pregnant?
Yes, Noble Health products do not influence the efforts to get pregnant. However, if any doubts, you should consult your gynecologist.
Can I take Noble Health products during pregnancy?
The condition of being pregnant is a special time and the idea of taking any dietary supplements should be consulted with your gynecologist.
Can I take Noble Health products while I breastfeed?
Noble Health products can be taken after the sixth month of breastfeeding. If you wish to begin the supplementation earlier, you should consult your gynecologist.
Can I take Noble Health products if I suffer from Hashimoto’s disease?
Yes, Noble Health products have been specially marked with Hashimoto friendly sign so they’re safe for people with Hashimoto disease. This has been confirmed by those suffering from the disease themselves.
Can I take Noble Health products if I’m a on a gluten-free diet?
Yes, Noble Health products have been specially marked with Gluten Free sign – look for it on a product card. What’s more, the composition of each Noble Health product is described in detail on a product card in the Composition tab.
Are Noble Health products available outside of the online store?
Yes, Noble Health products have gained trust of the largest distribution networks as well as the best pharmacies and herbal stores.
Are all products displayed on the website available?
The products displayed on the website are the ones in stock at the warehouse. Should stock levels change in the course of placing an order, you will be informed immediately.
From what age can Noble Health dietary supplements be used?
Gummies with vitamins: C, D, and family vitamins can be taken by children from the age of 3. The rest of the products are intended for adults.
Can the tablets be chewed or do they need to be swallowed?
The tablets and capsules are best swallowed with water.
Can Noble Health dietary supplements be combined with medications?
It is best to consult with your treating physician.
Do I need to follow a special diet while using the products?
Supplements affect the body but cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle, engage in physical activity, and provide the body with the appropriate amount of nutrients through food. Why is the collagen contained in Noble Health products the best?
Natural 100% fish collagen is the main ingredient of Noble Health collagen products. Collagen constitutes ca. 30% of all proteins in the human body. It’s made up of three polypeptide chains forming the structure of triple helix. In terms of composition, fish collagen is the most similar to human collagen and therefore it’s the fastest to build in and supplement deficiencies. Why should collagen be taken in combination with vitamin C?

Does green coffee indeed have slimming properties?
Yes. Green coffee is an excellent ingredient supporting weight loss due to the presence of chlorogenic acid. The acid is an anti-oxidant which induces decrease in the absorption of sugar stimulating the body to actively take advantage of the accumulated resources. Disturbed functioning of the liver causes accumulation of fat deposits. Why is Noble Health Vitamin C different from other similar products available on the market?
Noble Health Vitamin C is obtained from natural sources including dog-rose, acerola and fruit - lemon. Acerola and dog-rose are fruit that contain a lot of vitamin C. What’s more, we’ve enclosed our product in a capsule so if you don’t like or don’t want to swallow capsules, you can dissolve the content in a glass of water.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
Should you forget your password, click on “REMIND PASSWORD” and provide your e-mail address used in the process of registration. A new password will be sent to the indicated e-mail address.
Are login and password necessary to make a purchase?
No, login and password are not necessary.
You can make a purchase without creating an account. However, you won’t be able to view your order history if you choose this option. In the future you will have to provide the details concerning delivery again. You won’t be able to take advantage of promotions for regular customers, either.
How to register in the online store?
In order to register in the online store, click on “Registration” and then “Register”. In the next step you will need to provide all the required details. Once creating an account has been confirmed, you will receive an email with an activation link. After clicking on the link you will be able to shop in the store.
Can I change or complete my contact details which I gave when registering?
You can change your contact details. After you log in, click on “data edition”.
Can I withdraw my order?
The order is processed right after it’s been placed so it’s impossible to withdraw it. You can inform BOK about your resignation by email – this will stop the delivery if the parcel hasn’t been sent out yet. Contact us: office@noblehealth.pl
How long does it take for the order to be processed?
Shipping takes place within 24 working hours from receipt of payment. Courier delivery takes 1 – 3 working days.
Can I make changes to the order?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to the orders that have already been placed. You can try to cancel the order by sending an e-mail ( office@noblehealth.pl ) with information about your resignation and place an order again with the correct details. Shipping of an “unwanted” order will be stopped if the parcel hasn’t been sent out yet.
Can I check the status of my order?
For registered customers, the order’s status is visible in their order history. Moreover, the customers receive automatically generated e-mails informing them about the status: confirmation of accepting the order, shipping of the order. In the last e-mail the customer is also given a tracking number from the chosen carrier.
What are the delivery costs?
It may take the package delivery company a maximum of 3 working days to deliver your order, however most parcels are delivered to the recipient within 24 hours.

Can my order be delivered internationally?
Of course. Noble Health ships internationally all over the world. A prerequisite for international shipping is payment in advance (bank transfer or credit card). Cash payments are not possible when shipping abroad (only within the territory of Poland).
Can I collect the item ordered from the online store in person at your company’s seat?
No, unfortunately collection of purchased items in person is not possible.
What hours are deliveries made?
Noble Health has no influence on the hours of delivery. Parcels are usually delivered between 8am and 6pm.
To which bank account do I make my payment?
Online payments can be made through an online payment service.
If payment didn’t go through while placing an order, you can click on the formula at the very bottom of the order placement confirmation that came to your e-mail address. You’ll be redirected to the service website where you can retry to make a payment.

What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay cash upon receipt of the goods (cash upon delivery) or online by e-transfer or credit card.
What do I do if I chose an online payment and I didn’t make the payment?
An online payment can be made within 4 working days from the moment of placing the order. This is done by clicking on the formula in the order placement confirmation. If the payment is not made after 4 working days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
How long does it take to get a refund on the returned goods?
The refund takes place within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product by the manufacturer.
How is the refund processed?
In case of cash upon delivery, the money will be refunded to the bank account indicated in the return form. If you paid online, the refund will be issued to the account from which the transfer was made.
Is it possible to exchange an item without a cash settlement?
Unfortunately, standard exchange is not possible. However, you may of course return a product and place a new order at the same time.
Can I return a purchased product?
Every customer may cancel a purchased product without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery and return it according to the rules and within the time period specified in the Regulations. To this end, the Customer should send to the Buyer a statement concerning the withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance.
The Customer is requested to send back or deliver a product along with a fiscal receipt (or VAT invoice) and the original of the return form to the Buyer’s address: Noble Health Sp. z o.o. ul. Legackiego 7, 26-600 Radom.
How to proceed if the ordered goods arrive damaged?
The Buyer is entitled to make a complaint if a product has a physical defect (non-conformance of the product sold with the agreement) or a legal defect.
In order to make a complaint the Buyer is requested to send back the product to the Seller’s address. The Buyer is requested to send back the product along with a fiscal receipt or VAT invoice. In the process of making a complaint, the Buyer is asked to fill in a complaint form (available in the store’s Regulations) and send it together with the product as well as by electronic means to the e-mail address office@noblehealth.pl. Should the Buyer send the complaint form by electronic means to the e-mail address office@noblehealth.pl, the decision concerning the complaint shall be sent to the Buyer as a reply also by electronic mail. The complaint shall be resolved within 14 days from the date it was made with the attached description of the reasons for the complaint and the Customer’s demands.
