The product is suitable for children from the age of 2 and adults.
Everyone who needs more energy to achieve their everyday goals will appreciate our Energy bread enriched with chia seeds flour. Apart from providing energy, this bread has many other advantages! Just like all other products from Smart Nutrition category, it is gluten free. It has a delightful taste and it is easy to prepare. What is more, you can prepare it whenever you want and it will stay fresh for a long time.

One package allows to prepare a bread of approx. 30cm in length.
The corn within the product is non-genetically modified.
We use packages that are suitable for segregation. You can take care of the environment by throwing the package into a separated garbage collection or simply reuse it yourself!

Ingredients: corn starch, potato starch, tapioca modified starch, chia seed flour (Salvia hispanica) (6%), dextrose, salt, emulsifier – sunflower lecithin, thickener – guar gum, ground cumin, flour improving agent – ascorbic acid, acidity regulator – citric acid.
1. What are the ingredients of Energy bread?
Ingredients: corn starch, potato starch, tapioca modified starch, chia seed flour (Salvia hispanica) (6%), dextrose, salt, emulsifier – sunflower lecithin, thickener – guar gum, ground cumin, flour improving agent – ascorbic acid, acidity regulator – citric acid.
2. How to prepare Energy bread?
Shake well before opening, mix the package contents with yeast (add 5g of dry yeast or 21g of liquid yeast for 450g of the mixture) in a heat-resistant container and stir thoroughly. Add approx. 310ml of lukewarm water. Stir the mixture for about 10 minutes, using your hands or mixer at slow speed, until smooth dough forms. Place it in a preheated oven to 35-40°C and let it grow for 20 minutes. Take it out from the oven, gently mix and form small rolls or pour it into a baking tin. Put it in a warm place and let it grow for 60 minutes, then bake it for an hour in the oven, preheated to 200°C.

Store the product in a dry place, away from heat.

Due to the lack of gluten in our bread, it is suitable for people suffering from coeliac disease. It is also good for people who feel constantly tired. Of course, we highly recommend all of our bread flavours to everyone who values good taste! :)
